OOC

backtagging; forever, baby! Due to my difficult timezone and school frequently eating my life, I'm always grateful for backtagging and will continue to do so until the thread is finished or my interest keeps up (don't worry, I usually only lose interest after weeks and if nothing seems to be really happening.) Also, if I drop a thread and you would like to continue it still, feel free to message me.
threadhopping; please discuss with me OOCly first.
fourthwalling; no, thank you.

IC

hugging; suuuure, if you dare.
kissing; see above.
flirting; well, who am I to stop you? Who knows, he might even flirt back!
fighting; sure, but expect to get your ass handed to you.
injury; anything severe preferably discussed beforehand, but otherwise fair game. Just remember, I have the last word with these.
killing; always discuss this OOCly beforehand, please.
telepathy/mind reading; if your character is capable of such, go ahead. My style usually includes lots of thoughts, so it shouldn't be hard. (Break will try to figure out a way to keep your character out of his head though.)

narrative.

Because things can get confusing with characters like this.

If a post is in brackets

[ hey, look at me, I'm doing something! actions go like this. also includes thoughts. ]

"Hey look at me, I'm signing! Or just mouthing."

While this here be writing.

If a post is in prose

This would be doing something. Actions go like this. Also includes thoughts.

"This would be signing or mouthing words."

While this here be writing.

bonus!?

[ooc: And this is what my ooc messages look like.]

Before writing or signing, it will usually be stated in the action brackets/prose before putting in the actual signed or written words. (e.g. "Break pulls out a notebook and writes: Mister Liam is such a bully~" or " [ he gives a lopsided grin before raising his hands and signing. ] "Mister Liam is such a bully~!" ")

Oh, and by the way, signing includes both mouthing words and hand gestures. So if it's said that he's signing something, both his hands and mouth will be moving, unless his mouth happens to be full for some reason. (As far as I know, this is the basis for most sign languages in the world. But do correct me if I'm wrong.)

For Break's more individual quirks when it comes to talking, please see here.

Also, while my primary style will usually be prose in present tense, I will match whatever style you use. So don't worry about any such stuff!
